The registration model:

    SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCES
  • This year we will be enforcing registration, you WILL come to the recreation hall and sign our waiver, there will be a zero tolerance attitude this year.
  • Meals will on Friday and Saturday nights will be served from 5:00pm to 6:00pm; the announcements will begin at 6:00pm.  Meal purchases are NOT required to attend the announcements and evening ceremonies.
  • This year is a single registrant form. In past years, these was the ability to register multiple persons per form.
  • Once you have filled out the form and hit the button, it will take a moment or so until you get an invoice email.  You may open that email and click on the in that email to go to your paypal account and view and pay the invoice.
  • We will have the option that folks can individually volunteer/voluntold.
  • Due to recent changes in North Carolina's ABC enforcement laws, there can be ZERO outside alcohol in the rec hall during meals.  If I get fined, you get fined, I'll pass the fine straight to you.
  • In past years we have ordered additional apparel to take for onsite registrations, this year it will be pre-registration apparel only.  We are working with our apparel designer to get a preview for the apparel as quick as we can.
